Fast and Easy Process
Total timeline is normally 10-15 business days from initial order to delivery. Rush shipping and processing is available if needed.
STEP 1 - ORDER
(1 Business Day)
• Choose a design from those pictured to the right.
• Personalize, your name-drop information can be 1 or 2 lines with up to 30 characters per line.
• Get your sizes together, remembering to order a minimum of 24 garments of the same design. (Tip: If you anticipate a reorder, it may be more cost effective to add a few extra garments to your initial order.)
• Order online or by phone, using the secure order form link you'll find by clicking on the design you want, or by calling toll free 1-877-ONE WAY OUT (1-877-663-9296) or 503-370-9377.
• Payment, pay by check, Visa, or MasterCard. Full payment is required before we can ship your order.
STEP 2 - APPROVE
(1-2 Business Days)
• PDF Confirmation Form, for your approval within 1-2 business days.
STEP 3 - PRINT
(3-6 Business Days)
• Once approved we'll print your order within 3-6 business days.
STEP 4 - DELIVERY

- All t-shirts are a 5.6-6.1 ounce heavyweight 100% cotton. (Exceptions: Sport Grey is a 90/10 blend and Dark Heather is a 50/50 blend.)
- Add $2 for each 2XL.
- Add $3 for each 3XL.
- Add $2 for each Ladies' Tee. (Relaxed Fit)
- Add $4 for each Girls' Fitted Tee. (Junior Sizing)
- Add $4 for each Guys' Fitted Tee. (Slimmer Fit)
- Add $4 for each Long Sleeve T-Shirt.
- Add $8 for each Crew Sweatshirt. (Sweatshirts are a midweight 50/50 blend.)
- Add $12 for each Hooded Sweatshirt. (Sweatshirts are a midweight 50/50 blend.)
- T-shirts, ladies' tees, girls' fitted tees, guys' fitted tees, long sleeve t-shirts, and sweatshirts can be combined in a single order using the same artwork.
- Call for color and size availability of youth and extended sizes, ladies' tees, girls' fitted tees, guys' fitted tees, long sleeve t-shirts, and sweatshirts.

| Please be aware that all computer monitors will display colors differently. The colors you see on your monitor may not accurately reflect the actual colors in your design. Church Art Works™ reserves the right to determine if the colors in a design are printed accurately. |
Important Details - Please Read Carefully:
- Designs and prices subject to change.
- Some garment styles and colors are not available in youth or 2XL and larger sizes.
- Ladies' tees, girls' fitted tees, guys' fitted tees, long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, and specialty garments may cost more and may vary in color due to differences in dye lots and brands.
- Rush and under-minimum orders may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.
- Order Changes - Major or additional customer requested changes from the original order criteria or changes to the fundamental design, color scheme, or changing to a different design after the personalized text has been processed by the Art Department, will incur an additional $35 fee per proof and per design to cover the extra design time required.
- Cancellations - If after the personalized text has been processed by the Art Department you cancel the order, a $35 fee will be charged to cover the design time already incurred on your project. The fee will be refunded if you resume the same project at a later date.
- Reorder Information - Reorder prices may be higher than the original order depending on quantities and are subject to the same minimums. If you anticipate a reorder, it may be more cost effective to add a few extra garments to your initial order.
- Payment for computer files and design use fees are required in advance when ordering computer files before garments.
- To maintain quality control and low design costs, Church Art Works™ reserves all printing and embroidery rights for any apparel or imprinted products that use our artwork.
- Computer file artwork may NOT be used to print garments of any kind.
