Here, we can tailor-make a design that meets all of your needs, functionally and artistically. Whether you have a specific idea, a rough idea, or a scribbled doodle (yes, we speak stick-man), we’ve got you covered. Information
Our custom design fees are based on the type of project and the approximate number of hours we expect the project to require. In most cases, our prices reflect a range that is based on our experience with similar projects. Variables such as specific or general direction from the client, the number of options or revisions requested, and the criteria or information required in the design can all effect the final cost of the project. Because of the many variables involved, it’s best to give us a call to discuss the details of your project. You should normally plan on 3 weeks for the design process to be completed.
Policy
for Screen Printed and Embroidered Apparel
In addition to being a design studio, we are also a full service apparel company, and as such, we require
that any screen printed or embroidered apparel that uses artwork we have created must be ordered from Church Art Works™. This policy ensures that your artwork is reproduced on apparel to the highest quality standards and also helps us keep our design fees as reasonable as possible.

Pricing Information
Costs
may vary depending on the circumstances of your particular
job, but the following fees and prices usually apply:
Youth and Children's Ministry Logos or Event T-shirt Designs
Design fee WITH GARMENT ORDER: $595
This covers the primary design for screen printed or embroidered apparel. If additional art is required for other garment print locations (such as a front left chest or sleeve print), there may be additional hourly design fees at $75 per hour. Fee includes one computer file of final artwork (additional files $35 each).
- Initial garment order required: Minimum of 100 screen printed or 50 embroidered garments.
- Order must be placed within 6 months of logo completion.
- Film separations and printing screens combined: $30 per color.
- Embroidery digitizing fee: $95 - $125.
- Average t-shirt prices: $4 - $9 per shirt (depending on quantity and number of colors in the design).
- NO Sales Tax for any US state.
- Average turn around time for printing is 2 weeks (once art is final).
